Have to be inspected. My father was a piece of his girlfriend's dog and it was cancer. He found just in time and were able to get rid of him, but if waiting longer would be fatal.

This could be a fatty tumor. What a package to ensure the dog does not hurt at all. It must be removed. Contact your veterinarian.
It is more likely that a piece of fat, but you should get checked just in case.
